Ajay Syscon Private Limited operates from well-equipped and modern production facilities located in Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India, designed to support efficient manufacturing, stringent quality control, and timely delivery. Our infrastructure enables us to design, develop, manufacture, test, and dispatch a wide range of microprocessor-based metallurgical instruments, sensors, and process control solutions under one roof.
The manufacturing unit is equipped with advanced machinery and precision tools for electronic assembly, mechanical fabrication, sensor manufacturing, and calibration. Dedicated assembly lines are maintained for instruments such as carbon and silicon analyzers, pyrometers, CE meters, intelligent shop floor displays, and other customized process control instruments. Special attention is given to clean and controlled environments for the production of Thermocouple Tips, Thermal Analysis Cups, and Carbon Analysis Cups, ensuring consistent quality and repeatability.
